Do you follow me? Come in.. have a seat :)
I remember when mama cooked me her special Thai food, I was always the last person left dining at the table. Right now, if possible I would ask her to cook me something because I'm too hungry.
In fact living life alone in a foreign country isn't easy to have a nice meal everyday. You won't get what you feel when you are sitting in front of your mama's food, eating with your family and telling them what you have done today. I really miss my mama's foods, Thai spicy food- Tom Yum Gung, with very big fresh prawns and several kinds of herb in it. Luckily, I know how to cook it.
So "Tom Yum Gung" is my dinner today. I bought the fresh ingredients from Thai Town at George Street and big prawns from the fish market and this is it:
Thank you to my cooking class in high school that taught me this delicious and spicy soup, although not every student got an A from this class but I did....honestly!
Omg! I can't live without the chillisssss.
